全要素生产率在建筑业生产效率研究中的应用
本文基于数据包络分析法的CCR模型,对我国不同经济类型的建筑企业全要素相对生产率进行研究分析。结果表明,2011年国有经济和私营经济的建筑企业生产既非技术有效,又非规模有效,集体经济、联营经济、股份经济、港澳台经济,外商投资经济生产同时为技术有效和规模有效。
我国建筑业全要素生产率分析
运用DEA模型对我国建筑业1997—2009年间的全要素生产率进行评价,分析TFP变迁的原因及其过程,结果表明技术进步是促进TFP增长的主要因素,建筑业正由粗放型增长方式向集约型增长方式转变。我国建筑业的起点比较低,就现阶段情况而言,技术效率和技术水平都有待提高,进而才能实现建筑业产业结构升级。
如何科学地测算制造业全要素生产率,厘清质量创新对全要素生产率的影响机制,并给出行之有效的政策建议,是当下亟待解决的实践问题。
《质量创新与全要素生产率:以广东省制造业为例》阐述了全要素生产率的概念、内涵和测算方法,梳理了质量创新与全要素生产率的相关文献;对广东省地级市全要素生产率进行测算,同时构建了质量创新指标体系,进而分别从宏观层面和微观层面,分析质量创新对全要素生产率的影响机制,根据实证分析结果给出可行性解决路径。
