铝丝铠装短路电流计算探讨 在国外的很多中压单芯电缆中,为了避免涡流损耗,同时保证电缆可承受一定的拉力,铠装 采用的是铝丝铠装。因为在电缆安装实际操作中,铠装和屏蔽一样,都是要接地的。国外的 电力系统大多属于a类系统,即中性点是直接接地的,在这种系统中,需要通过较大的接地 短路电流,即在电缆发生短路时,屏蔽和铠装可以通过比较大的短路电流,将电流导入大地, 而使电缆免于受损。因此,铝丝铠装的短路电流计算,是工程技术人员必备的一种技能。在 iec标准中,并无铝丝铠装短路电流的计算公式,有的只是铜带屏蔽和铜丝屏蔽。但是,依 然可以依据iec标准和参照其他国内外资料,进行铝丝铠装短路电流的计算推导,并得出准 确的经得住实践检验的铝丝铠装短路电流数据,从而在电缆的研发、设计、制造过程中发挥 重要作用。 电缆中任一载流部分,其额定短路电流的计算方法,通常假设在短路
