论水利水电工程机电技术问题分析
针对早期建成的中小型水电工程中选用的机电设备存在的问题,以下笔者对我国水利工程机电技术标准体系现状进行详细分析。
《水利水电工程机电设计技术规范(SL511-2011替代SDJ173-85)》由中华人民共和国水利部发布。
1、参与方案评审,对项目机电设计及设备选型提出优化建议。协调相关专业顾问,并跟踪实施。
2、负责对项目营造、机电安装及机电设施设备招投标进行督导和跟踪、巡查。
3、负责机电新技术的引进,包括利用管线综合、智能化系统、BIM技术、LEED认证等提升酒店品质和延长酒店生命周期。
4、协助制订酒店项目机电设计及设施标准。
5、参与产品研发工作,评估新产品的机电方案可行性,并提出机电系统改进建议。
6、参与项目后评估,建立技术数据库。
7、配合相关部门,对开业项目的能耗计算、系统维护和经营管理提供技术支持。
