YKDB-ZY14-2009 叉车工安全操作规程 编制:王一婷 审核:牟阳 审核:于林辉 版本: A\O 营口东邦冶金设备耐材有限公司 2009年 5 月 20日 叉车工安全操作规程 一、在良好的路面上,叉车的额定起重为 2 吨,在较差的道路条 件下作业,起重量应适当降低,并降低行驶速度。 二、在装载货物时,应接货物大小来调整货叉的距离,货物的重 量应平均的由两货叉分搭, 以免偏载或开动的货物向一边滑脱。 货叉 插入货堆后,叉壁应与货物一面相接触,然后门架后倾,将货叉升起 离地面 200毫米左右再行驶。 三、严禁高速急转穹行驶,起升或下降货物等,起重架下绝对禁 止有人。 四、在超过 7°的坡度上运载货物应使货物在坡上的上方。 运栽货 物行驶时不得作急刹车,以防货物滑出。在搬运大体积货物时,货物 挡着视线,叉车应倒车低速行驶。 五、严禁停车后让发动机空转而无人看管,更不允许将货物吊于 空
