碲铜( C14500 )合金具有较好的易切削性能和优良的导电、导热性能,以及抗腐蚀性能;是高铜合金中切削性能最好的铜合金材料;而且冷热加工性能较好,可锻造、铸造、挤压拉制、冲制模压、镦煅。
该合金主要用于:要求高传导高导电、耐腐蚀的精密电子电器元器件,高级机电零件,锻件和螺纹切削件,水暖管件配件,电气接触件,等离子及激光切割配件,汽车起动机和开关部件等。产品可加工成板、片、棒、丝、管等型材和多种异型材。随着近年来国家对新能源汽车的大力推进,充电桩的大力兴建,对充电桩接触材料要求抗电弧,使用寿命及安全性能等都有了新的指标,2010年以来碲铜由于优良的电学性能及易加工的特性已经成功应用于新能源汽车大电流连接器领域。
