聚丙烯腈/二氧化钛纳米纤维的紫外线防护功用
为评论纳米纤维的紫外线防护功用,在聚丙烯腈(PAN)溶液中参与紫外线屏蔽剂二氧化钛(TiO_2)并制备了纯PAN和复合PAN/TiO_2纳米纤维膜,运用扫描电子显微镜、紫外透射率分析仪等分析了纳米纤维的微观形状和紫外线防护功用。结果表明:复合PAN/TiO_2纳米纤维具有较小的直径;红外光谱图显现PAN/TiO_2纳米纤维不只含有PAN的特征吸收峰,还含有TiO_2的特征吸收峰。TiO_2的参与有用增加了PAN/TiO_2混合纳米纤维膜的紫外线吸收功用和紫外线防护功用,纯PAN纳米纤维膜的紫外线防护因子(UPF)为30.72,PAN/TiO_2纳米纤维膜的UPF为1 096.21~1 865.49,且UPF跟着TiO_2质量分数的增加而增大;TiO_2质量分数为0.5%时,PAN/TiO_2纳米纤维外表光滑,直径较小,紫外线防护功用较好。
To study the ultraviolet( UV) protective properties of PAN/TiO_2 nanofibers, TiO_2 nanoparticles were added into the PAN solution and mixed PAN/TiO_2 nanofibrous films were prepared by electrospinning method. The morphologies and UV protective properties were carried out by scanning electron microscopy and UV transmittance analyzer. The results show that the fiber diameter decreases for the mixed PAN/TiO_2 nanofibers. Infrared spectra show that mixed PAN/TiO_2 nanofibers also express characteristic absorption peak of TiO_2 besides the characteristic peaks of PAN. The addition of TiO_2 enhances UV-absorption and UV-protective property of PAN/TiO_2 nanofibers. The UV protective factor( UPF) of pure PAN nanofibers is 30. 72,while the UPF of PAN/TiO_2 nanofibers range from 1 096. 21 to1 865. 49. The UPF value increases with the increasing of TiO_2 mass fraction. When the mass fraction of TiO_2 is 0. 5%,PAN/TiO_2 nanofibers are smoother in surface,smaller in diameter and better in UVprotective property.
