乙酰螺旋霉素致耳鸣1例
1病例报告患者男,86岁。因咽痛、咽部异物感2天就诊。查体:脉搏78/min,血压140/85mmHg,呼吸21次/min,体温38.4℃。口咽部黏膜明显充血,腭扁桃体Ⅱ度肿大,心肺腹未见明显异常。高血压病病史28年。血常规检查示:白细胞计数11.8×109/L,中性粒细胞0.84,红细胞计数3.66×1012/L,血红蛋白109g/L。诊断为急性扁桃体炎。给予口服乙酰螺旋霉素(0.2g/次,3/d)
