油桐尺蠖幼虫期桉叶饲养室内温度与生长效应初报
为探索室内人工饲养油桐尺蠖的最适环境条件,将油桐尺蠖幼虫的养虫笼置于温度相对稳定的25、27、29、31℃下,用新鲜桉树叶在室内饲养,观察整个幼虫期的生长状况,统计其百虫体重、成活率、化蛹率。结果显示:在27～29℃的室内环境温度下,幼虫取食活跃,3项统计指标综合评价最好,27～29℃可认定为室内桉叶饲养油桐尺蠖幼虫的最适温度。
