自2002年3月1日开始执行原国家计委、建设部以计价格[2002]10号文发布的《工程勘察设计收费标准》(简称“新标准”)到现在已两年有余，该标准在执行过程中争议较大，二滩公司已在锦屏二级、两河口以及锦屏一级(招标和施工图阶段)采用该新标准来进行勘察设计费的测算，为了合理、客观和准确地确定勘察设计费，对新标准做了认真仔细的研习，提出对新标准的认识和相关意见供大家参考。
