母联隔离刀闸故障开断时母线及母联失灵保护的解决方案
当母联(分段)隔离刀闸故障引发隔离刀闸开断时,母线差动保护和母联断路器失灵保护由于不满足电压开放条件而拒动。Q/GDW 175-2008的处理方法降低了母联(分段)断路器的跳闸可靠性。文中提出了改进式母线差动跳母联逻辑和母联断路器失灵保护根据母线复压开放条件跳相应母线支路的2种解决方案,保证了保护动作可靠性,缩小了母线停电的段数。试验和现场运行证明了所提出的解决方案的可靠性和实用性。
