酞菁(PHTHALOCYANINE)

金属酞菁络合物M-Pc (M=V, Mn, Fe, Co 和 Pd)是一种非常稳定的选择性氢化催化剂。通过控制反应体系的化学性质(如pH),金属的种类等条件可以调节还原催化剂的活性。

p-Choroaniline (5).1 To well stirred NaBH4 (2.7 g, 70 mmol) and Co-phthalocyanine (Co-Pc) catalyst (0.5 g, 0.9 mmol) in EtOH (50 ml), 4 (1.58 g, 10 mmol) was added and the mixture was stirred for 2 h at r.t. Under ice cooling, 5 N HCl was added until pH 6-7. The catalyst was removed by filtration over a

layer of Na2SO4, the solvent was evaporated and the residue partitioned with 1N NaOH and ether. Drying and concentration of the organic layer afforded 1.22 g of 5 (96%). For reuse, the catalyst was washed with water and dried.
