项目总体分为三大区域：木材综合加工区、建材家居商贸物流区、生活商务服务区；

木材综合加工区：木材综合加工区整体划分为三个基地，分别是木材粗加工基地、木材深加工基地、原辅料配套基地；

建材家居商贸物流区：该区域包括建材家居用品加工装配区、建材家居仓储物流园、建材家居国际采购中心；

生活商务服务区：主要服务于企业办公，员工生活等，包括住宅区、商业休闲区、商务中心。
